Any person, firm, corporation, association, partnership or other legal entity who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined a sum not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day upon which the violation occurs or continues.
