The permittee, prior to the issuance of a permit, shall execute his written consent to any and all reasonable inspections by the Village for the duration of the permit issued for the purposes of inspecting the deep water well system to ensure that its construction, operation and maintenance fully comply with this Chapter and/or the applicable Illinois Statutes.
