Any person failing to use approved containers or to remove containers from street side placement within the time period required by this chapter shall be fined not more than seventy five dollars ($75.00) for each violation. Any person violating any other provisions of this section shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and each day a violation continues or nuisance as herein defined is maintained shall constitute a separate offense.
