Each business currently operating or hereafter beginning operation within the limits of the B-1 neighborhood business district of the village, whether or not subject to any licensing requirements established by this chapter, shall, within seven (7) days of the receipt of notice of the imposition of this requirement or the subsequent inception of business within the village, register with the village clerk. The registration form will provide for identification of the location of the business, a description of the nature of the business conducted and the names and addresses of the operators of the business. In the event that either the location of the business or its nature shall change, the operator of the business is required to so notify the village clerk within thirty (30) days of the occurrence of such event.
