3-4-15: PENALTIES:

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a fine of up to seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each such violation, and a separate and distinct violation shall be deemed to have occurred for each day that such violation exists. (Ord. 07-8-11, 8-21-2007)
