A. The village president or his designee may revoke or suspend any license issued by the village under this chapter if he determines that the licensee has violated any provision of this chapter or of law.
B. No such license shall be revoked or suspended except after public hearing by the village president or his designee with a three (3) days' written notice to the licensee affording him an opportunity to appear and defend himself.
C. Within five (5) days after such hearing, if the village president or his designee determines that the license should be revoked or suspended, he shall state the reason or reasons for such determination in a written order of revocation or suspension and shall serve a copy of such order within such five (5) days upon the licensee.
