No raffle license shall be issued to:
A. Any person who has been convicted of a felony;
B. Any person who is or has been a professional gambler or gambling promoter;
C. Any person who is not of good moral character;
D. Any firm, partnership, limited liability company, corporation or other organization in which a person as defined in subsection A, B, or C of this section has a proprietary, equitable or credit interest, or in which such a person is active or employed;
E. Any firm, partnership, limited liability company, corporation or other organization in which a person defined in subsection A, B, or C of this section is an officer, director, or employee, whether compensated or not;
F. Any firm, partnership, limited liability company, corporation or other organization in which a person defined in subsection A, B, or C of this section is to participate in the management or operation of a "raffle" as defined in this chapter; or
G. Any organization which has in the previous three (3) years had a license revoked by any governmental unit. (Ord. 07-8-11, 8-21-2007)
