3-3-13: PENALTY:

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. (Ord. 03-8-24, 8-5-2003)
