3-3-10: STREETS AND PUBLIC WAYS, RESTRICTIONS:
No person shall engage in soliciting on any street, highway, or right-of-way in the Village in any manner which tends to impede vehicle or pedestrian traffic or interfere with the permitted and intended uses of the right-of-way. (Ord. 05-4-6, 4-19-2005; amd. Ord. 21-07-11, 7-20-2021)
