3-3-5: POLICY ON SOLICITING:

It is hereby declared to be the policy of the corporate authorities of the village that the occupant or occupants of the residences in this village shall make the determination whether solicitors shall be, or shall not be, invited to their respective residences, as is provided in section 3-3-6 of this chapter. (Ord. 03-8-24, 8-5-2003)
