The regulations, duties and powers imposed and created under the authority of this chapter may be amended from time to time by ordinance, but no such amendment shall be made without a public hearing before the local liquor control commission, which shall report its findings and recommendations to the village board, except as otherwise stated herein. At least fifteen (15) days' notice of the time and place of such hearing shall be published in a paper of general circulation in the village. (Ord. 123, 11-7-1966)
