3-2-11: PREMISES REQUIREMENTS:
   A.   All premises wherein the sale of alcoholic liquor is licensed must conform to the following regulations:
      1.   Provide proper fire extinguishers which must be tested and refilled at least once a year.
      2.   Equip all bars with running water and two (2) rinse tanks.
      3.   Provide two (2) washrooms, one plainly marked "men" and one plainly marked "women".
      4.   No crepe paper or other decoration may be used, unless such decoration has been fireproofed. (Ord. 123, 11-7-1966)
      5.   All washrooms must provide either linen or paper towels, or hot/warm air blow type dryers. (Ord. 91-6-6, 6-18-1991)
      6.   No door to public rooms, either entrance or exit, may be locked during business hours.
      7.   All doors, both entrance and exit, must open out.
Failure to conform to the above regulations may be considered sufficient cause for revocation of license. (Ord. 123, 11-7-1966; amd. 1982 Code)
   B.   No person, while affected with a disease in a communicable form that can be transmitted by foods or who is a carrier of organisms that cause such a disease or while afflicted with a boil, or infected wound, or an acute respiratory infection, shall work in a food service establishment in any capacity in which there is a likelihood of such person contaminating food or food contact surfaces with pathogenic organisms or transmitting disease to other persons.
   C.   All liquor licensees shall be required to maintain a valid business or club license in the village. (Ord. 15-01-02, 1-6-2015)
