A. It shall be unlawful for any person or entity, without the expressed consent of the grantee, to make or possess, or to assist in making or possessing, any connection, extension, or division, whether physically, acoustically, inductively, electronically or otherwise, with or to any segment of the cable system.
B. It shall be unlawful for any firm, person, group, company, corporation or governmental body or agency to wilfully tamper, remove, obstruct or damage, or assist thereof, any part or segment of a cable system for any purpose whatsoever.
C. Any firm, person, group, company, corporation or governmental body or agency found guilty of violating this section 3-1-10 may be fined not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) and the costs of the action or more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) and the costs of the action for each and every subsequent offense. Each continuing day of the violation shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 09-4-5, 4-7-2009)
