§ 157.004 ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, all land within the village and its contiguous area is designated on the zoning maps as being in one of the following districts:
AG District
Agricultural
C-1 District
General retail
C-2 District
Service retail
I-1 District
Light industrial
I-2 District
Heavy industrial
R-1 District
Single-family residential
R-2 District
Single- and two-family residential
R-3 District
Single-, two- and multi-family residential
