(A) Except for horsekeeping as permitted in § 157.026 of this code of ordinances, the keeping of livestock and poultry within the corporate limits of the village is prohibited.
(B) The keeping of rodents and undomesticated animals anywhere within the village is prohibited.
(C) The keeping of more than three dogs or three cats on one zoning lot within the village is prohibited; provided, this division (C) does not apply to a litter of pups or kittens less than five months of age.
(D) The keeping of animals within the corporate limits of the village in violation of this section is hereby declared a nuisance.
