§ 70.30 TRAFFIC VIOLATION NOTICES TO BE FURNISHED TO POLICE.
   The Chief of Police of the village shall cause parking violation notices to be printed in duplicate, which shall be numbered serially and shall be issued to members of the Police Department of the village, which members shall each execute receipts for those notices issued to him or her. Each member of the Department shall be accountable for the parking violation notices issued to him or her.
