It shall be the duty of every person, firm or corporation operating a fruit store to keep and maintain the same in a sanitary condition. It shall be unlawful to permit any waste material to accumulate on the premises; and the premises must be kept free from flies, rodents, and vermin. It shall be unlawful to employ any person afflicted with a venereal or other contagious disease in any fruit store.
