The Engineer shall have power to suspend the license of any sewer builder or drain layer for violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter, which suspension, unless sooner revoked by him, shall continue until the meeting of the Board of Trustees next ensuing, when said Engineer shall report such suspension to the Board of Trustees with his reason therefor.
