The owner of any motor vehicle registered to a village address or any resident who applies for a village parking permit pursuant to section 9-2-20 or 9-2-24 of this title shall be required to obtain and display a village license. This licensing requirement shall apply to the owner of any motor vehicles temporarily not in operating condition or intermittently garaged outside of the village. (Ord. 3398, 11-14-2011)
