No person shall falsely represent himself to be an officer of the village nor shall, without being duly authorized, exercise or attempt to exercise any of the duties, functions or powers of a village officer, nor shall hinder, obstruct, resist or otherwise interfere with any village officer in the discharge of his official duties.
