8-4-5: LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF CATS KEPT:
No person shall permit more than two cats to be or remain in or about any single-family residence, building or lot, nor more than one cat in any single-family unit in any multiple housing building within the village under his control at any one time. This section applies only to cats required to be licensed under this chapter. (1981 Code)
