A. After the recovery, removal or death of any person affected with any of the diseases specified in Section 6-2-1 of this Chapter, the infected premises, contents and inmates must be thoroughly disinfected in a manner and method prescribed by the State Department of Public Health for each of the several diseases, by or under the direction of the Health Officer of the Village.
B. No person having any of the diseases enumerated in Section 6-2-1 hereof shall be removed from the premises on which he is found when the case is diagnosed, except by permission of the Health Officer or the State Department of Public Health, nor shall he be removed from the Village except by permission of the State Department of Public Health, where such permit is required by the State Department.
