6-2-1: CONTAGIOUS DISEASES REPORTED:
Every physician who treats or examines, every nurse or attendant who attends, every householder upon whose premises there resides, every owner, lessee or keeper of any tenement or lodging house or part thereof, and every person who has knowledge of any person in or upon any such premises who may be suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from or afflicted with acute infectious poliomyeltix, cholera, cerebro-spinal fever, diphtheria (membranous croup), scarlet fever, smallpox, typhus fever, whooping cough, yellow fever, puerperal fever, septic sore throat, typhoid fever, tuberculosis, influenza, pneumonia, venereal disease or any other reportable disease specified by the State Department of Health, must immediately report the same, in writing, or by telephone followed by a written report, to the Health Officer.
