§ 52.42 APPROVAL OF PLANS AND RELATED DATA FOR PLANT.

Plans, specifications and design data for the waste treatment plant shall be submitted to and approved by the City Council, and by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, before any construction work on the waste treatment plant is begun.
