§ 52.05 GRADE OF PIPE.
   The grade of the building sewer shall be not less than 1/4 inch per foot for six-inch pipe and not less than 1/8 inch per foot for pipe eight inches or more in diameter. All pipe shall be laid on a uniform grade and (where possible) on a straight line. Where the building sewer cannot be laid on a straight line, curved pipe shall be used for every deflection from a straight line of more than three inches per foot. All joints between two sections of pipe shall be made tight by the use of suitable jointing material.
