§ 156.287 OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE I-2 DISTRICT.

   (A)   Each lot shall have at least 100 feet of frontage on a street or service road; provided that, lots may be combined into a tract development with adequate access, in which case the frontage of the tract shall be at least 200 feet;

   (B)   See §§ 156.420 through 156.423 of this chapter for front yard or setback and additional yard requirements;

   (C)   Additional height requirements are set forth in §§ 156.470 and 156.471 of this chapter;

   (D)   Off-street parking space requirements are set forth in §§ 156.530 through 156.537 of this chapter;

   (E)   See §§ 156.435 through 156.444 of this chapter for additional front yard requirements;

   (F)   The total floor area of the building or buildings shall not exceed 80% of the lot area; and

   (G)   Sign requirements set forth in §§ 156.550 through 156.557 of this chapter.
