(A) Accessory off-street parking and loading facilities shall be provided and maintained for all buildings, structures or premises used in whole or in part for purposes permitted by this chapter in accordance with the provisions of this section, or as otherwise indicated in §§ 156.400 through 156.405 of this chapter, or elsewhere in this chapter.
(B) The regulations of this section are designed to alleviate or prevent congestion of the public streets by establishing minimum requirements for on-site storage of motor vehicles in accordance with the use to which the property is occupied.
