§ 156.257 OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE IB DISTRICT.

   (A)   For interchange business uses, each lot shall have at least 100 feet of frontage on a street or service road; provided that, lots may be combined into a tract development with adequate access, in which case the frontage of the tract shall be at least 200 feet;

   (B)   See Figure 1 for yard requirements and see §§ 156.420 through 156.423 of this chapter for front yard or setback and additional yard requirements;

   (C)   For residential uses the lot area, ground floor area, lot width, lot coverage and front, side and rear yard requirements are set forth in Figure 1. The requirements for residential uses in the IB District are the same as those in the R-2 District;

   (D)   Additional height requirements are set forth in §§ 156.470 and 156.471 of this chapter;

   (E)   Off-street parking space requirements are set forth in §§ 156.530 through 156.537 of this chapter;

   (F)   Ground floor area requirements;

   (G)   See §§ 156.435 through 156.444 of this chapter for fence requirements;

   (H)   Sign requirements are set forth in §§ 156.550 through 156.557 of this chapter; and

   (I)   See §§ 156.485 through 156.488 of this chapter for supplementary business standards.
