Members of the Commission may be removed for good cause by the recommendation of a majority of the commission members and voted on and approved by a majority of the Council. A new or replacement member shall immediately be appointed as set forth under Section 131.01(a) above and once appointed shall serve the remainder of the term of the member whom he or she replaced.
