Before holding the public hearing required by Section 1145.15, above, written notice of such hearing shall be mailed to the Chairperson of the Board of Zoning Appeals, by first class mail, at least five (5) days before the date of the hearing to all parties in interest. The notice shall contain the same information as required of notices published in newspapers as specified in Section 1145.16. The notice shall be sent to the applicant and to owners of contiguous to and directly across the street from parcel(s) in question.
