878.03 JUNK SCAVENGER LICENSE APPLICATION.
   (a)   An application for a junk scavenger license shall be made in writing upon a form provided by the Village, signed by the applicant, and shall set forth the following information pertaining to the perspective licensee:
      (1)   The name and address of the applicant. If the applicant is a corporation, the name and address of the chief executive officer and secretary of the corporation is required. If the applicant is a partnership or other business entity, the names and addresses of all partners, managers or directors are required.
      (2)   Identification data of all vehicles which the applicant proposes to utilize in the collection of junk within the Village.
      (3)   Such other information as the Village may require.
   (b)   An application for a junk scavenger license shall be accompanied by an application fee of fifty dollars ($50.00).
   (c)   No junk scavenger license shall be issued to any person who has been convicted of the commission of a felony under the laws of the State of Illinois or any other state or federal law of the United States within five years of the date of application.
   (d)   If approved, the fee for a junk scavenger license shall be one hundred dollars ($100) as set forth in Section 802.09 of the Code of Ordinances.
