Should any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this chapter or of the 2006 International Fire Code adopted in Section 1610.01
be declared for any reason to be invalid, it is the intent of the Board of Trustees that it would have passed all other portions of the same independent of the elimination therefrom of any such portion as may be declared invalid.
