(a) No person shall erect, use or maintain any private sewage disposal system in violation of any of the provisions of the BOCA National Private Sewage Disposal Code, as adopted in Section 1432.01, or cause, permit or suffer any such violation to be committed.
(b) It is the responsibility of the offender to abate the violation as expeditiously as possible, and each day during which such violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
