That certain document marked and designated as the BOCA National Private Sewage Disposal Code, Second Edition (1990), as promulgated by Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc., is hereby adopted as the private sewage disposal code of the Village, for the control of private sewage disposal systems as therein provided. Each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of such Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter, with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes prescribed in Section 1432.04.
