All vegetation, trees, street furniture, accessory structures, berms, and/or other landscape elements located on any zoning lot as defined within this chapter shall be regularly cared for and maintained free from any physical deterioration so as not to become a hazard to any person, personal property, or public or private utility, infrastructure, or improvement. All landscaping shall be maintained in accordance with Section 1480.04 (BOCA Section PM 303.41) of these Codified Ordinances.
The Village may remove or have removed any landscape element or portion thereof which encroaches or overhangs into any public right-of-way, landscape, drainage, and/or utility easement.
