TITLE FOUR - Development Code

   EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 614, passed March 14, 1983, adopted a Development Code for the Village. Because this ordinance is separately published, it is not codified herein. Copies of this ordinance, and of all amendments thereof, may be obtained, at cost, at the Village Hall. Its omission from this Code is due to its separate publication only and does not in any way affect its viability or its enforceability.

   Ordinance 766, passed May 27, 1992, provided for dedications of school lands, or for payment of fees in lieu thereof, by subdividers and developers. Copies of this ordinance may be obtained, at cost, at the Village Hall.

   Ordinance 1175, passed March 22, 2004, provided for a village residential disclosure statement for residential dwellings in subdivisions and planned unit developments.

   Ordinance 1226, passed July 11, 2005 provided for a good faith estimate of real estate taxes.
