1060.11 PRIVATE SCAVENGERS.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall preclude the operation of the business of a private scavenger, provided that such business is conducted in accordance with this chapter relating to public safety, health and sanitation insofar as such requirements apply to the business of a private scavenger.
