1060.09 DISPOSAL OF FLAMMABLE AND EXPLOSIVE MATERIALS.

No person shall place or cause to be placed, in a container provided for the removal of refuse, any highly flammable or explosive material. Such material shall be disposed of by the possessor thereof in the manner directed by the Village.
