Refuse resulting from construction operations, including, but not limited to, earth, plaster, metal, tile, brick, concrete, terra cotta, slate, shingles, roofing, tin and iron shall be removed and disposed of by and at the expense of the person responsible for its production, in a manner and at a place approved by the Village.
