868.05 RESPONSIBILITIES OF SOLICITORS ON PREMISES.
   (a)   Every solicitor, upon going onto any premises upon which a residence is located, shall examine the notice provided for in Section 868.04, if any is attached, and be governed by the statement contained on the notice. If the notice states "ONLY SOLICITORS REGISTERED IN RICHTON PARK INVITED," then a solicitor not possessing a valid certificate of registration, as provided in Section 868.02, shall immediately and peacefully depart from the premises. If the notice states "NO SOLICITORS INVITED," then the solicitor, whether so registered or not, shall immediately and peacefully depart from the premises.
   (b)   Any solicitor who has gained entrance to a residence, whether invited or not, shall immediately and peacefully depart from the premises when requested to do so by the occupant.
