422.09 DISPOSITION OF UNSOLD VEHICLES.

Whenever an inoperable motor vehicle remains unsold under Section 422.08 for a period of ninety days, such vehicle may be used by a department of the Village, or another governmental agency desiring the same, or it may be removed and dismantled.
