CHAPTER 262 Zoning Board of Appeals

EDITOR'S NOTE: The Zoning Board of Appeals was abolished by Ordinance 813, passed May 9, 1994, which provided that the duties of such Board would be assumed by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Village, previously known as the Planning Commission of the Village. Section 14.04 of the Village's Zoning Ordinance was amended accordingly.
