EDITOR'S NOTE: This chapter, previously a codification of Ordinance 192, passed November 13, 1956, as amended, and titled: Planning Commission, was repealed by Ordinance 813, passed May 9, 1994, which also changed the name of the Commission to the Planning and Zoning Commission and provided that the duties of the former Planning Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals would be assumed by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Section 14.04 of the Village's Zoning Ordinance was amended accordingly. The Planning and Zoning Commission was reestablished by Ordinance 1758, passed August 23, 2021, as set forth in this chapter.
