EDITOR'S NOTE: Resolution R-16-91, passed May 29, 1991, adopted a Personnel Manual to be generally used for both union and non-union personnel and to preside in place of contract language. Ordinance 877, passed December 27, 1995, adopted The Village of Richton Park Policy for Employees Required to Hold Commercial Drivers' Licenses. Copies of this ordinance and of the Policy, as well as any amendments thereto, may be obtained, at cost, at the Village Hall.
The Village enters into Agreements, from time to time, with representatives of various classes of Municipal employees, which Agreements provide for benefits and other incidents of employment. The provisions of this chapter, therefore, apply only to those persons and those subjects not otherwise provided for in such Agreements. Copies of the latest relevant legislation and of such Agreements may be obtained, at cost, at the Village Hall.
