868.08 APPLICABILITY OF CHAPTER TO GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.

This chapter applies to elected or appointed Village officials and employees and to elected or appointed officials and employees of any other local government or the State or Federal government. However, such officials and employees shall apply to the Village Clerk for written approval of any solicitation.
