If a member of the Emergency Services and Disaster Agency, who is a paid employee or officer of the Village, is called for training by the Director of the State Emergency Services and Disaster Agency, he or she shall receive, for the time spent in such training, the same compensation as is attached to his or her regular position. Members of the Agency who are not Village employees or officers shall receive, for such training time, compensation as established by the Village Manager.
