§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or organization violating any of the provisions of this chapter, including permitting their dog to be a nuisance or receiving a summons for any cause pertaining to dogs, shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $50 for each offense, with each day's violation being considered a separate offense, and this penalty shall be in addition to all court costs and to all costs which may be charged under § 90.32.

   (B)   Any person violating §§ 90.01, 90.26, 90.30 or 90.33 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100 for each offense, and each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense, and this fine shall be in addition to any court costs. Owners of rabid dogs shall be liable.
