(A) Any licensed dog may be reclaimed by its owner upon paying a redemption fee of $2 for the first redemption and $10 for any subsequent redemption of the same dog, a veterinarian fee for an anti-rabies vaccination in the absence of proof of vaccination within the past year, and the costs of boarding and keeping.
(B) Any unlicensed dog may be claimed by its owner by paying, in addition to the costs listed in division (A) of this section, a license fee of $2.
(C) Any dog not claimed by the owner in seven days after pickup may be sold for the accumulated costs detailed in divisions (A) and (B) of this section.
