§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, institution, business or commercial establishment violating any of the provisions of this chapter, or any lawful rules or regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, upon conviction, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500; provided that each day's violation thereof shall be a separate offense for the purpose thereof. Violators of this chapter may be issued a citation by the police.

   (B)   (1)   Persons (meaning businesses, organizations, facilities, corporations, companies, partnerships and individuals) disposing of regulated waste in violation of § 51.31(B), shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined $200 for a first offense and $500 for a second offense and succeeding offenses. Each days violation is a separate offense.
      (2)   Additionally, a violating facility, organization, group, and the like, shall be subject to cancellation of their license to do business in the city. Individuals violating §§ 51.30 and 51.31 shall be subject to the fine structure noted in division (A) and shall be subject to suspension or cancellation of their refuse pick-up.
      (3)   In addition to the criminal penalties listed in division (A), any violation of this shall subject the violator to a civil penalty of $1,000, payable to the city within 60 days after conviction under §§ 51.30 and 51.31 which, if not paid within that time, will be recovered by the city as all civil debts.
