919.08 UNPAID COST CERTIFIED TO COUNTY AUDITOR.

Upon receipt of the report, under the provisions of Section 919.07 and approval thereof by Council, the Clerk of Council shall make a return in writing to the County Auditor of such charges which shall be entered upon the tax duplicate of the County, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 731.54.
